The Center for Computational Science Research, Inc. supports research in science, medicine, healthcare and the environment by providing cyberinfrastructure for open data, open research, and working to establish standards. It operates through its divisions: the Open Commons Consortium, the BLOODPAC Consortium, the Data Mining Group, and the Pandemic Response Consortium.

The Open Commons Consortium (OCC) manages and operates cloud computing, data commons, and data ecosystems to advance scientific, medical, health care and environmental research for human and societal impact.

The mission of the Blood Profiling Atlas in Cancer (BLOODPAC) Consortium is to accelerate the development, validation and accessibility of liquid biopsy assays to improve the outcomes of patients with cancer. To do so, we lead a collaborative infrastructure that enables sharing of information between stakeholders in public, industry, academia and regulatory agencies.

The Pandemic Response Commons Consortium (PRC) is an emerging private-public partnership to develop and operate an open, standards-based data commons for pandemic response that is designed to be part of broader data ecosystem that supports researchers, public health officials, and local and state decision makers working on the COVID-19 pandemic.

Data Mining Group (DMG) is an independent, vendor led consortium that develops data mining standards that simplify the deployment of analytic models.
